Refund policy

Digital downloads

Because a template is delivered instantly and can’t be returned, sales are final once it has been downloaded, except in the cases below. Please look at the sample pages and the description on each product page before you buy, and ask us if anything is unclear.

When we refund or exchange

• The file won’t open or is damaged: we send a working copy, or refund you if we can’t.
• You bought the same template twice: we refund the duplicate.
• You bought the wrong province or template: within 14 days of purchase, we exchange it for another template of the same price.
• The template is materially different from its description: within 30 days of purchase, we refund you.

How to ask

Email info@trustarsafety.com from the address you paid with, or include it, with the date of your order and what went wrong. We reply within two business days.

Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days. When a purchase is refunded, its download links stop working, and we ask that you delete any copies.

Bundles

If you return one template from a bundle, we refund what you paid for it after the bundle discount, and the rest of the order keeps its discount.
